Job Title: Qualified Social Worker – Response Team
Location: Isling
Rate: £27.82

An exciting job role has recently become available at Isling. We are looking for a new member for their Response Team. 

What will your responsibilities be?

You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and in partnership with health, housing, and other statutory and voluntary agencies to provide consistent, timely, quality, and financially sustainable social work services to adults, their carers, and their families. You will identify areas of need and/or risk of harm and ensure appropriate safeguarding practices/measures are observed/in place. Current experience of working with the LAS database will be a definite advantage.

Qualifications and Experiences:

To be eligible for this role, you must have Social Work England registration and be eligible to work in the UK. Additionally, you need to hold a full UK driving licence and possess post-qualified experience. A degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work is also required.
