About us:

The company provides property management services, aiming to enhance property value and ensure seamless operations for property owners across Australia. We are seeking a professional Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing all aspects of our contracts, ensuring compliance, and maintaining efficient operations.

The role will include the following responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing and maintaining a variety of contracts, including property management, leasing, maintenance, and other related contracts, ensuring they contain all relevant details and are in accordance with relevant legislation and Australian standards.
  • Interpreting the important terms of contracts to ensure all parties understand the terms of contracts and sign the contracts smoothly.
  • Developing, reviewing and negotiating variations to contracts, amending and replenishing contracts with mutual agreement.
  • Managing and tracking the progress of all contracts, processing variations, termination and all contract matters in accordance with contractual requirements.
  • Undertaking contract management, maintaining an organized system of physical and digital contract control disciplines, generating monthly reports and annual summary related to the contract.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of contract administration experience.
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Office packages, including Word and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Having the abilities to multitask, problem solving and organising with good time management.
  • Ability to work in deadlines and timeframes.
  • Clear understanding of ethical practices and probity within an organisation.
