Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Have a passion for working with children, as well as:
  • Create engaging environments for children to explore and document their learning and development at a high standard.
  • Demonstrated ability to document children's learning
  • Building and maintaining relationships with our amazing children, families, and educators.
  • Part of a teaching team that develops learning programs based on your knowledge of each child, their ideas and goals using the Early Years Learning Framework and My Time Our Place.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Positive, caring attitude with a focus on teamwork
  • Professional presentation

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold a Certificate III or Diploma of ECEC
  • Hold a valid Blue Card
  • Hold a current First Aid Qualifications (Early Childhood specific)
  • Previous experience working in an Early Education and Care service would be a bonus but not necessary
