Our two centres are located in Buderim and Maroochydore. They are thoughtfully designed environments, natural play spaces, and a dedicated team committed to delivering high-quality, inclusive early learning for children aged 6 weeks to school age. Our practice is grounded in our vision to see empowered children, educators, leaders and families to embed a learning community where everyone feels safe and valued.

The Opportunity: Senior Lead Educator

We're on the lookout for experienced, passionate, and inspiring educators ready to step into senior leadership roles within our Buderim and Maroochydore teams.

As a Senior Lead Educator, you will:

  • Support our leadership team in driving educational excellence
  • Mentor and guide other educators
  • Lead with heart and vision in day-to-day practice
  • Be part of a strong, collaborative, and professional team
  • Have the option to explore documentation through floor books and StoryPark

What We're Looking For

You're a great fit if you:

  • Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or higher)
  • Are an experienced educator ready to take the lead
  • Have strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
  • Thrive on mentoring, guiding, and inspiring others
  • Bring warmth, professionalism, and initiative to your work
  • Hold a valid First Aid Certificate & Blue Card
