Due to growth Only About Children Buderim is excited to offer multiple Room Leader opportunities across our Nursery, Toddler and Pre-Kindy rooms. This is your chance to step into a leadership role where you can inspire young minds, support families, and grow your career.

Our Buderim campus is purpose-built with 7 dynamic learning spaces and 3 spacious outdoor areas designed to spark creativity and foster exploration. As a Room Leader, you'll guide your team to deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences that set children up for lifelong success.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care or an Early Childhood Teacher qualification
  • Previous experience leading or supporting a room (any age group)
  • A collaborative approach to mentoring and supporting your team
  • Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS
  • Passion for early learning, family connections and child safety
