Matthew Flinders Anglican College is seeking a dynamic and future-focused educator to lead the integration of learning technologies across our Secondary School. This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative leader who can inspire teachers and students to embrace digital tools that enhance learning, creativity, and connection.

As the Head of Learning Technologies, you will provide strategic direction and practical leadership in identifying, implementing, and evaluating emerging technologies that support teaching, learning, and operational excellence. You will work collaboratively with academic and technical leaders to align digital innovation with the College's pedagogical priorities, ensuring technology enhances—not replaces—great teaching and learning.

Your role will include a teaching component (0.4 FTE) and active involvement in developing staff capability, leading professional learning, and fostering a culture of digital fluency, curiosity, and confidence across the College.

You are a visionary educator and technologist who can bridge the gap between innovation and implementation. You'll bring:

• Current Queensland College of Teachers registration (or ability to obtain)
• Proven leadership experience in educational technology, digital learning, or innovation
• A deep understanding of how technology supports contemporary pedagogy
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and influence others
• Experience with learning management and school information systems such as Schoolbox, TASS, Intelli, and TrackOne (highly regarded)
