OSHC Educator – Immanuel Lutheran College Outside School Hours Care

We've recently moved into our newly renovated and thoughtfully designed OSHC room, a beautiful, inviting space that inspires creativity, connection, and fun. About the role

As an OSHC Educator, you'll:

  • Support the delivery of a high-quality, play-based program that reflects children's interests and the My Time, Our Place Framework.
  • Work collaboratively within a passionate team to plan and facilitate engaging experiences for school-aged children.
  • Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child feels valued.

  • Hold a current Working with Children Blue Card.
  • Hold current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or be willing to obtain these prior to commencement).
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, flexibility, and teamwork.
  • Be willing to learn, grow, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Show a strong commitment to the safeguarding of children, in line with current Child Protection legislation.
  • Hold (or be studying towards) a Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor in a relevant field, or have equivalent experience working with school-aged children.
