We are seeking an experienced Scaffold Leading Hand to join our team.

This exciting role combines technical expertise with liaising with diverse clients, managing small and large scaffolding crews; offering the right candidate the opportunity to play a key role in project delivery, Company growth and future personal advancement opportunities.

Our Company services Residential, Commercial and Industrial sectors for scaffolding and related product design, delivery & assembly.

Experience as a Leading Hand is essential, as is a current ticket.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that will see you working on various sites across Victoria, predominantly Melbourne Metro.

We are based in Thomastown and have a large warehouse, our own scaffold, our own truck and ute fleet, scaffolders and labourers.

You will work with our OHS & Operations Managers, estimators and extensive team of scaffolders.

Previous Leading Hand experience is essential — we are looking for someone with a solid scaffolding and leadership background, strong initiative, and a "can - do" attitude.

What We're Looking For:

Scaffold and site experience is essential.


• Strong leadership skills, respectful, well presented


• Knowledge and work history with K Stage, Quick Ally, Tube & Clip, Plettac / Layher systems.


• Strong presentation and communication skills. Driver's licence and vehicle is required.


• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

· Ensure jobs are carried out following OHS requirements, plans and required efficiencies.

· Attend client sites as required (in conjunction with estimators) to carry out surveys, discuss project needs, and provide technical advice; as well as to explain the build to the scaffolders.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify future business opportunities.

· Represent the company with professionalism, friendliness and initiative at all times.

Seek new business opportunities to assist with Company growth.
