No prior training qualifications? No problem – we'll make you a trainer

What We're Looking For:

• Real-world experience in HV, EEHA, or Instrumentation – you don't need to be a qualified trainer We'll support you to complete your Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122).
• Passion for sharing your skills and helping others succeed.
• Strong communication skills and a people-focused approach.
• Ability to adapt materials to meet student needs and make learning engaging.
• Comfortable using technology and online learning systems.
• Willingness to occasionally travel in-state or interstate.
• Must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this position.

• Conducting real-world simulations and practical training that helps students gain the skills they need.
• Providing constructive feedback and empowering students to succeed in the electrical industry.
