About The Role
The Territory Manager (TM) is responsible for member engagement, retention, and driving commercial outcomes across their allocated territory. The primary purpose of this role is to maximise member value and support compliance with agreed programs and standards. The Territory Manager will lead the delivery of our membership model through consistent, high-quality pharmacy visits, execution of business priorities, and by connecting members to the suite of programs and services available.

This role supports the delivery of our commercial goals through structured call cycles, data-informed coaching, and collaborative planning with members and internal stakeholders.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Understand member expectations and implement strategies to maximize pharmacy performance and sales growth within the allocated territory.
  • Provide coaching to pharmacy leaders and teams to enhance operations, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of the local market and generate store-specific recommendations for growth.
  • Ensure adherence to PAG compliance benchmarks and implement rebate programs effectively.
  • Support category management principles, optimize store merchandising, and ensure marketing initiatives are executed.
  • Use business data to identify opportunities, manage expectations, and maximize profitability.
  • Identify and promote value-added programs, facilitate membership upgrades, and partner with the acquisition team to attract new members.
  • Implement in-store marketing programs, co-branding initiatives, and promotional activities aligned with brand standards.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive engagement and business success.
  • Mentor team members, contribute to onboarding, and foster a positive, collaborative team culture.

  • Understanding of financial, market, and industry trends to develop strategies that drive business growth.

  • Ability to analyse data, identify key issues, and implement effective solutions.
