We are seeking an Order Processing & Fulfilment Coordinator to support the smooth processing of Deco Gloves Australia's orders, both incoming and outgoing. This is a hybrid role, being a mix of hands-on and administrative duties. Receiving and entering orders across multiple systems is a key part of the position. This role will be ensuring products and supplies are ordered, received, and sent out to distributors, resellers and customers on time while maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment. Coordinating and overseeing accurate records for all inventory movement is a crucial part of this role.

KEY COLLABORATIONS

Business Unit Manager, Warehouse Staff, HQ team

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administrative processing of orders for wholesale and direct customers, ensuring accuracy and timely deliveries. From order entry to invoicing to delivery arrangements and bookings.

  • Coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments with freight providers for both local and international shipments, and maintaining appropriate records

  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding order updates, delivery timelines, and product inquiries

  • Collaborate with warehouse team on picking, packing and labelling

  • Ensuring all order packing and deliveries are in line with customer requirements

  • Managing daily task assignment for casual warehouse staff as needed

  • Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with regular stock-take of product and marketing materials

  • Managing replenishment of all warehouse consumables

  • Oversees overall warehouse tidiness, upkeep and inventory organisation including OH&S compliance, and managing regular maintenance of warehouse equipment

  • Assisting senior management in regular audits as required

  • Developing and maintaining constructive working relationships with stakeholders

  • Dealing directly with international and domestic distributors, resellers and customers both via phone and electronically

  • General administration duties including data entry, filing, and report generation

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, MYOB with high attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach

  • Ability to prioritise tasks in a very busy environment

  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work efficiently, with a strong work ethic

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to create and follow processes and procedures, and the ability to investigate discrepancies and process variances

  • Experience with MS Word, Excel (basic sums and formatting, able to export data for reports)

  • Knowledge of computerised inventory and tracking systems, and bar code technology desirable

  • Experience in sales order processing and customer service, ideally in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial sectors
