**Description**:
We are currently looking for people with various skills to join our Lite n’ Easy production team at our Carrum Downs site. If you are looking for work stability, an opportunity to learn, develop your skills and show us what you can do then APPLY NOW

We have a mixture of Permanent Fulltime and Casual Positions available across Day Shift, Afternoon Shift and Night Shift.

**You will be working in a cold factory environment 4-7 degrees Celsius and all work is repetitive, physical and fast paced**

**Tasks will include**:
**Food Preparation**: involves cutting meat and vegetable ingredients for processing, measuring, mixing and preparing food for various cooking methods

**Packing**: fast paced, packing meal items into bags for customer orders and into eskies and assisting with distribution

**Pick to Light**: picking and packing products from a light system, lifting, pushing and pulling of racks and boxes up to 15kgs

**Portioning**: involves working on a line with repetitive actions and moving parts requiring high levels of accuracy

**Cleaning**: food work areas, machinery equipment, all internal parts of factory & some external areas

**Approximate Shift Times**:
**Day Shift**: 5am - 1pm, 7am-3pm

**Afternoon Shift**: 3pm - 11pm

**Food Preparation**: 11pm-7am

**Night Shift**: 12am - 8am

**To be successful in this role, you will**:
Have the ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast paced environment
Able to work in a cold environment set to 4 -7 degrees
The ability to work within strict quality standards and guidelines
Have a great eye for detail
Team player with an energetic, flexible approach
Reliable and punctual
Physically fit
Experience in a similar role working with fresh/frozen food is highly regarded
Have good communication skills to understand, read and follow instructions and complete forms
