About the Role

As the Marketing Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting a dynamic Marketing & Design team across sponsorships, digital campaigns, events, and content. No two days will look the same You'll be working across multiple projects, collaborating with stakeholders across the business, and helping to deliver initiatives that elevate brand visibility and client engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who's organised, proactive, and thrives on variety - someone who enjoys working in a professional environment where quality, collaboration, and curiosity are valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sponsorships and partnerships, ensuring seamless delivery and strong brand alignment.
  • Support the planning and execution of corporate events, from logistics to on-the-day coordination.
  • Collaborate with design and digital specialists to deliver on-brand assets and online content.
  • Assist with CRM management, including campaign lists and post-event communications.
  • Provide marketing administration support across the team, including merchandise and collateral management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, templates, and marketing systems.

About You
You'll bring a positive, can-do attitude and a strong eye for detail. You're the kind of person who loves to see a project through - from concept to completion - and enjoys juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You'll also have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years' experience in a marketing, events, or communications role (ideally within corporate or professional services).
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills and time management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office; CRM or digital marketing exposure highly regarded.
