Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated field service professional to join our team as a Mobile Spa Technician. This role plays a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional after-sales service for spas and swim spas.

About the Position

This is an excellent opportunity to work independently, conducting warranty and non-warranty service work for spas and swim spas. You will also perform heat pump installations, platinum spa care, and on-site product sales (accessories, chemicals, covers, etc.).

  • Develop and implement maintenance and service plans for customers
  • Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in excellent condition
  • Assist with warehouse spa assessments, including evaluating the condition of spa units and identifying any necessary repairs or maintenance
The Ideal Candidate
  • Technical expertise and hands-on experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • A proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes
  • A valid driver's license
  • Restricted Electrical Licence (preferred)
  • Forklift certification (preferred)
