We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in Brisbane.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional after-sales service for spas and swim spas.
  • Key responsibilities include handling warranty repairs, installations, on-site sales, and more.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct warranty and non-warranty service work for spas and swim spas, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  2. Perform heat pump installations, platinum spa care, and on-site product sales (accessories, chemicals, covers, etc.).
  3. Develop maintenance and service plans for customers to maximize their investment.
  4. Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in excellent condition to ensure efficient operations.
  5. Assist with warehouse spa assessments, including evaluating the condition of spa units and identifying any necessary repairs or maintenance.
  6. Ensure spas are maintained at a satisfactory level, including cleaning, organizing, and preparing units for display or shipment.

Requirements

  • Restricted Electrical Licence (preferred).
  • Forklift certification (preferred).
