We're Q Agency, a rapidly growing 30 person digital agency in Penrith (Western Sydney) focused on delivering results for our clients. Due to recent client wins we are looking to add a new face to our growing team to start in January 2026. Our team combines expertise in design, marketing, data and strategy to drive commercial impact.

The Role

We are looking for a Junior SEO Executive to join our team. You'll learn from top SEO marketers about strategy, measurement, and execution for high-growth clients, ensuring their campaigns are data-driven, scalable, and commercially impactful. While your core focus remains SEO, you will expand to collaborate across paid, web, social & creative teams to contribute to integrated, multi-channel campaigns.

Responsibilities

SEO Implementation

  • Learn the basics of SEO / GEO from extremely talented colleagues in the SEO space.

Campaign Management & Execution

  • Oversee clients & assist with the execution of strategies designed to grow their online visibility & presence.
  • Track relevant keywords, develop content strategies & learn technical SEO skills.

Measurement & Reporting

  • Monthly reporting across key client accounts.

Team Collaboration & Support

  • Work with multiple SEO Specialists and receive world class, mentorship & training.
  • Contribute to internal process development and help shape scalable, repeatable performance processes.

Your Background

  • 1-2 years of SEO experience, or a graduate with an interest in learning within a marketing agency setting.
  • Eagerness to learn.
  • Based in Sydney and have Australian working rights.

The Interview Process

  • [1st Stage] 15min Intro call with Head of Digital to discuss your experience and suitability for the role.
  • [2nd Stage] In person meeting with Co Founder / Head of Digital at our office.

Remuneration

  • $55k - $65k [Based on experience]
