Backs Electrical is a trusted and fast-growing residential electrical company providing high-quality home services across Western Sydney and the Blue Mountains. We are now bringing all marketing functions in-house and seeking a Marketing & Lead Generation Coordinator to drive consistent, high-quality leads and strengthen our online presence.

This is a hands-on role focused on results — ideal for someone who understands digital marketing strategy and execution and can directly influence enquiry growth and brand performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage lead generation campaigns across Google, Meta, and email channels
  • Oversee SEO strategy, optimising website content and local search visibility
  • Manage our Google Business Profile, ensuring strong local ranking and review growth
  • Create, schedule, and analyse social media content designed to attract and convert homeowners
  • Build and execute email marketing campaigns for quotes, reminders, and seasonal promotions
  • Maintain brand consistency and ensure all marketing aligns with company objectives

About You:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation (ideally within a service-based industry)
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance tracking
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
  • Data-driven with the ability to translate results into actionable insights
  • Proactive, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
