The Role

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Marketing & Digital Demand Lead to join our team 2 to 3 days per week, with the intention to transition into a full-time role.

You will lead and execute digital marketing and demand generation across Google Ads, SEO, Website, Email, and CRM, ensuring every channel reflects our brand's premium standing within the global hospitality and design industry.

Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 + super (full-time equivalent)

Pro-rata: 2–3 days per week to start, with view to full-time

Bonus: Performance-based incentives linked to qualified lead growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and optimise Google Ads and SEO with agency partners
  • Manage and improve the Magento website and landing pages
  • Run email campaigns and automation through Klaviyo for a 65,000+ database
  • Coordinate with designers and developers to ensure brand consistency
  • Report weekly to Managing Directors with actionable insights
You Bring
  • 6+ years in digital marketing, ideally in luxury, design, or hospitality
  • Experience with digital platforms such as Magento, Klaviyo, CRM systems, Google Ads, and GA4, or equivalent tools used in integrated marketing environments.
  • Strength in both strategy and execution
  • An eye for detail and appreciation for premium brand presentation

  • Experience with digital platforms such as Magento, Klaviyo, CRM systems, Google Ads, and GA4, or equivalent tools used in integrated marketing environments.
  • Strength in both strategy and hands-on execution
  • Proven ability to coordinate agencies and maintain high design standards
  • An analytical mindset with a strong eye for premium brand presentation
