About the role
The Triage & Business Support Coordinator is a pivotal support role within the Investigations and Compliance Unit, designed to support the streamlining of decision-making and enhance operational efficiency. This person ensures that referrals and cases are assessed consistently, transparently, and in line with NHVR's risk-based frameworks.
Key responsibilities of this role are:
- Panel Coordination: Manage the Triage and N.F.A. (No Further Action) panels, ensuring timely dissemination of materials and consistent decision-making.
- Referral Management: Receive and prepare incoming case referrals.
- Documentation & Records: Maintain accurate records of panel decisions and ensure everything is logged in case management systems.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates and insights to support strategic planning and resource allocation.
- Escalation: Flag high-risk or complex matters to the Director of Investigations.
- Administrative Support: Assist with correspondence, document management, and internal/external meeting coordination.

- Proficiency in business systems and case management tools (e.g., Objective, i2, Microsoft)

About You
To be successful in this role you will possess
- Minimum 5 years in administrative roles
- Experience supporting senior management
- Business administration qualifications (preferred)
- Familiarity with the heavy vehicle industry (or ability to learn quickly)
