Job Description
We are growing and seeking a Triage Injury Management Consultant to work on a full-time basis. This role involves connecting with injured employees and their managers to support them through workplace injuries by offering injury triage, first aid advice, support, and linking them to available support services and resources. You will work in a dedicated Triage Team providing personalized health management support and advice to employees with workplace injuries, utilizing your clinical experience in a corporate environment. The work is conducted telephonically, allowing for remote or office-based work.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Supporting and caring for clients with empathy and expertise to enhance their personal health and wellbeing goals.
- Coordinating supports and wellbeing services for a highly engaged and motivated client base.
- Providing initial early intervention triage, supporting both physical and mental health services.
- Undertaking relevant case coordination activities, including liaising with stakeholders, providing email updates, and creating documentation such as treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Experienced Allied Health practitioner (Physio, Osteo, Chiro, OT, EP, etc.) with full registration or a Registered Nurse.
- Caring and empathetic nature.
- Experience in care coordination or occupational rehabilitation is desirable.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Good IT and time management skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
