We're seeking a
*Finance & Payroll Manager*
to lead a small team (two direct reports) and take ownership of the hands-on finance operations that keep our FMCG business running smoothly. You'll be responsible for AP/AR, payroll, cashflow forecasting and banking, while working closely with our Head of Finance.

*This is a full-time role based in Richmond with hybrid flexibility.
What Some Of Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Look Like*

  • Manage cashflow forecasting and provide clear insights to leadership
  • Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable with accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage all Trade related loans across the group
  • Manage end to end payroll across AU & NZ
  • Lead and mentor a small shared services team (2 direct reports)
  • Drive continuous improvement across finance administration to support our growth

You have 5+ years' experience managing finance operations & payroll, with FMCG exposure highly regarded

  • Confident managing AP, AR and payroll, with experience across AU & NZ
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Microsoft Navision, Blueshift & HRIS experience a plus
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and time management
  • Communicate clearly and build strong relationships at all levels
  • Self-motivated and ability to work both autonomously and within a collaborative team
  • Bring an agile approach for effective problem solving
