About the Opportunity

Are you a strategic finance leader with a passion for driving commercial value across complex supply chain operations? Join Fonterra Oceania as our Senior Finance Manager - Supply Chain, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping financial performance and delivering insights that fuel operational excellence.

This senior leadership position partners closely with the Supply Chain team across Oceania, providing commercial leadership and financial visibility to support strategic decision-making.

You'll lead financial planning, performance management, and risk assessment across warehousing, distribution, procurement, and customer service functions.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving ownership of the Supply Chain P&L across monthly, annual, and 3-year planning cycles.
  • Leading budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes with strong financial rigour.
  • Delivering actionable insights through interpretive analysis and KPI reporting.
  • Supporting strategic initiatives and special projects with robust financial modelling.
  • Coaching and developing finance analysts to build capability and influence across the business.

Reporting to the GM Commercial Supply Chain & Operations, Oceania, this role will be based at our Richmond office (FREE parking), operating within a hybrid work model.

About You

You're a commercially astute finance leader with deep experience in supply chain operations and a passion for driving performance through data-led insights.

With a strong analytical mindset and a collaborative approach, you thrive in complex environments, influencing stakeholders and leading teams to deliver strategic outcomes across procurement, warehousing, and distribution.

In addition, you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or commerce, with CA/CPA qualification.
  • 10+ years post-qualified experience, including 3-5+ years in commercial manufacturing or supply chain finance.
  • Proven ability to analyse complex data, influence stakeholders, and drive performance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience working in matrix organisations and leading through ambiguity.
