Our Bondi Junction Tribe is looking for a strong leader with management experience to step into a Supervisor role – someone who can support our Boutique Management team and grow into a future position. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in leadership, has a love for styling, and is passionate about delivering a world-class customer experience.

We're searching for someone who:

  • Brings proven experience in retail management or leadership (premium or luxury experience highly regarded)
  • Can lead by example, inspiring and supporting the Boutique Tribe to deliver exceptional service
  • Understands the operations of a busy boutique and can step up to manage when needed
  • Loves coaching, mentoring, and driving team performance to achieve results
  • Has a fearless, vibrant personality and thrives in our eclectic, spirited culture

What a CAMILLA Boutique Supervisor will do:

  • Deliver angelic levels of service to our retail customers, ensuring every touchpoint is magical
  • Support the Boutique Manager and Assistant Manager in day-to-day operations
  • Act as a role model and leader, motivating and guiding the team to success
  • Build strong relationships with our Tribe (customers) and foster loyalty
  • Ensure the boutique reflects the CAMILLA brand at the highest standard, in both service and presentation
  • Take ownership of store performance and contribute to achieving sales and operational targets
