What's the role?

You'll be at the heart of the action - leading your team, keeping the energy high, and making sure every guest leaves smiling. From daily operations to managing KPIs, rostering, and team development, you'll own the vibe and performance of your venue.

  • Have proven success managing labour, COGS, stock and KPIs
