About the Opportunity

As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of the day-to-day operations of a high-traffic, high-impact store. Reporting to the Head of Retail, this role offers the freedom to lead with creativity and care while driving commercial success.

From shaping an exceptional team culture to delivering world-class service, this is a role for a hands-on leader who thrives in a premium, fast-paced environment — and who wants to be part of something fresh and exciting in Australian retail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily operations of the boutique, ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient store management
  • Drive team performance and coach your team to exceed sales and service goals
  • Recruit, train, roster and develop a team of casual team members
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation, aligned to brand identity
  • Deliver a warm, personalised and engaging customer experience that reflects the brand's values
  • Analyse sales data and performance metrics to inform strategy and identify opportunities
  • Manage inventory levels, stocktakes and back-of-house processes
  • Collaborate with head office, marketing and other store leaders to execute promotions and share insights
  • Be a true brand ambassador — building relationships and creating a store culture people want to be part of

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years in a retail management or senior leadership role
  • A love for design, innovation and storytelling — you see retail as more than transactions
  • Proven ability to inspire, lead and grow high-performing teams
  • Strong commercial skills, with confidence in reading sales reports and metrics
  • Experience with JIFI, Shopify or similar retail systems is a bonus
  • Exceptional communication, time management and problem-solving skills
  • A warm, customer-first approach and a passion for building brand loyalty
