Sales & Operations Manager

Location: Perth Western Australia

Salary: Competitive Salary, FMCV + incentive program

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Operations Manager to drive growth and oversee operations for global leader in Lifting & Rigging, Tyre Protection Chains, and Industrial products.

As the representative of a 540-year-old European manufacturer with a legacy of innovation and quality, you will play a pivotal role in building relationships, managing operations, and leading a small team to deliver seamless results within Western Australia.

About the Role:

  • Split responsibilities between field sales and office-based operations management
  • Lead and mentor a small, dedicated team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the business and expand market presence
  • Represent a premium European brand with an outstanding global reputation
  • Oversee key accounts, manage client relationships, and identify new opportunities

About You:

  • Strong background in sales and operations management
  • Proven ability to lead teams and achieve business growth targets
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Industry experience in mining, construction, industrial, or related sectors highly regarded
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and commercially driven
