Operations Manager – Supermarkets & Liquor Stores

Full Time Role, Available to start immediately.

Guru Brothers PTY LTD is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our supermarket and liquor store operations across WA metro and regional locations.

Key Duties:

  • Oversee supermarket and liquor store operations across multiple sites
  • Lead, coach, and manage store managers and staff to achieve business goals
  • Monitor financial performance, including costs, sales, and GP margins
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and maintain high standards
  • Ensure compliance with all OHS, Food Safety, and licensing requirements

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years' senior-level experience in both supermarket and liquor store operations
  • Proven ability to manage and lead staff effectively
  • Strong knowledge of cost control and improving sales, gross profit, and store standards
  • Solid understanding of OHS, Food Safety, and legal compliance
  • Skilled in time management, communication, and developing detailed action plans
  • Able to travel to different store locations as required
  • Understanding of P&L reports and basic IT skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on, can-do attitude
  • Strong problem-solving and opportunity-identification skills
