Residential Project Admin / Coordinator – Own the Project Journey from Quote to Install

With 35+ staff and more than 20,000 installations, we're trusted for quality, reliability, and local expertise. We're now looking for an organised and motivated Residential Project Admin/Coordinator to join our team and keep projects moving smoothly from sales handover to installation day.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate projects — schedule jobs at least 3 weeks ahead and keep them on track.
  • Be the client contact — update customers regularly, answer questions, and ensure a smooth experience.
  • Handle approvals & compliance — Synergy, Western Power, finance docs, and rebates.
  • Manage stock & suppliers — order panels, batteries, inverters, and track deliveries.
  • Keep it all together — update JobTread scheduling software, track progress, and hand projects over ready for sign-off.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in project coordination, scheduling, or administration.
  • Excellent communication skills — confident on the phone and clear in emails.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • (Bonus) Experience in solar/energy projects, but not essential — we'll train the right person.
