About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Cook/Chef
to join the Milly's team. This varied role involves delivering high-quality breakfasts for our hotel guests, catering for events, and preparing beloved cafe classics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver high-standard menu items, including breakfast & catering
  • Ensure consistency and quality in all dishes
  • Ensure efficient time management and food preparation during peak hours
  • Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Work collaboratively within a fast-paced kitchen team

About You:
You are passionate about food and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will also have:

  • Proven experience as a chef or short-order cook in a busy kitchen
  • The ability to follow directions and work independently
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a professional attitude
  • Availability to work early mornings, nights, and weekends
  • Solid knowledge of food safety standards
