The working environment can be very fast paced so you must be able to manage your time effectively and efficiently. **Our core values: Shine, Friendly, Excellence, Safety** **The Role** As a member of the MILLYs team, you will be responsible for providing the highest level of service to our guests, including; - Greeting and serving customers - Preparing coffee and beverages - Preparing & cooking food - Cash handling and processing sales through the till - Ensuring the Cafe area is clean and well maintained during your shift. **Desired Skills and Attributes** - Current RSA & RCG qualifications (or willing to obtain) - Experience in coffee making - Experience in short order cooking would be highly desirable - Have a passion for providing exceptional customer service - Be reliable, punctual and professional - Have a 'Can Do' attitude and work well in a team environment - Work well unsupervised and follow directions - Have strong communication skills and be exceptionally presented at all times Due to the nature of this role, you must be available to work a variety of shifts covering the morning, day, night, weekends and public holidays. **To Apply** Please include a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and why you would like to be part of our team.
