We're looking for an organised, detail-driven Client Service Coordinator to join our Post Purchase Services team. If you're passionate about customer service, love managing multiple priorities, and take pride in delivering an exceptional client experience, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

  • Be the main point of contact for clients after they purchase a property — guiding them from contract signing to settlement and handover.
  • Communicate proactively and professionally to ensure clients feel supported every step of the way.
  • Liaise with finance brokers, builders, conveyancers, and property managers to keep everything on track.
  • Collaborate with our Senior Relationship Manager and wider Post Purchase Services team to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience.
