**Summary**:
**What You'll Do**:
You will also be responsible for updating and monitoring all field service jobs in Salesforce, providing Key Metric reports for Customers, and monitoring our call system.

**Specifically, you will**:

- Create and allocate all service jobs through Salesforce to the relevant field technician
- Close off all tasks and finished jobs on a daily basis and ensure any relevant information is captured
- Reporting and monitoring of service calls, open call reports, and contract reports
- Update customer database to maintain accurate information
- Follow up and report job status to the customer as required

We work flexibly here at Aristocrat, this role will give you the ability to work 2 days in our head office in North Ryde and 3 days from home. Working hours will be 7am to 3pm.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Experience in a customer service role
- Call centre experience will be highly regarded
- An ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- A good understanding of Microsoft Office suite
- Experience using Salesforce would be highly regarded but not a must
- The ability to think on your feet and learn quickly
- You are a team player and love to work in a collaborative fast-paced environment
