The opportunity
The primary objectives/s of the role are to meet and maintain key organisational revenue targets set by the business, by providing a high level of customer and business support to ensure the timely collection and recovery of all monies relevant to both residential and commercial customer accounts.
About you

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Extensive experience in a customer service / credit management environment.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of customer service principles, practices and customer-centric behaviours.
- Communication and interpersonal skills to enable efficient, effective and compassionate service delivery and teamwork in a broad range of circumstances.
- Demonstrated working knowledge and understanding of a range of relevant computer systems and applications.
