The Company

Our company provides contract-cleaning services to various industries throughout Australia and leads the industry in terms of quality and service delivery. We are a well-established, highly reputable and professional organisation that has recently embarked on a strategic expansion programme. As a result, we are now looking to appoint a Regional Operations Manager in the Brisbane / Gold Coast region to assist our organisation at this exciting time.

The Role

This is a key role within our company and is responsible for ensuring that the company continues to deliver outstanding levels of service to our customers, whilst identifying opportunities to increase the sales revenue across the state. You will be a key member of the team, and you will be responsible for the following:

  1. Strategic day to day business and operational management of your region
  2. Helping to develop sales strategies to help increase the growth of the business
  3. Implementation of new sales & operational strategies
  4. Maintaining and developing key accounts within your region

The Person

You will be highly motivated with a positive outlook and be keen to be part of this successful team. You are a clear and concise thinker and communicator with solid problem solving and influencing skills.

You will possess a well-developed operational focus gained in the commercial cleaning industry or similar and will have some experience/exposure to the sales tasks as they occur in the cleaning industry, including walk through inspections, pricing, quoting, resource planning.
