Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at Darwin Motor Group located in Darwin, NT. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming and assisting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, managing general administrative and clerical duties, coordinating schedules, and handling customer service inquiries. The role also includes maintaining a tidy front desk area and ensuring that all office supplies are well-stocked. The successful candidate will provide a friendly and professional service to all customers and visitors, contributing to the smooth operation of the front office.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
  • Strong Clerical Skills and organizational abilities
  • Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding Customer Service abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
