What you will do?

• Welcome guests upon arrival, assist with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
• Resolve any complaints in a courteous and effective manner
• Manage phone queries
• Ensure all transactions are processed whilst adhering to the company procedures
• Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare end-of-day reports
• Ensure lobby and front desk areas and clean and organised

More about you

• Minimum 12 months experience working in a night audit or front office position within a hotel environment
• Experience with Opera Property Management System essential
• Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and professional appearance, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to ensure quality guest service
• Availability to work night shift hours on a 7-day rotating roster
