About the Role

As the Group Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for shaping our workplace across multiple diverse operational areas including our NRL Club, our League's Club and our life changing Charity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional recruitment experience while ensuring full compliance with industry standards and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of roles, from entry-level to senior positions
  • Drive proactive talent acquisition strategies to identify and attract top performers
  • Write engaging job advertisements and collaborate with managers to identify the key requirements for each role
  • Source and screen candidates, coordinate and conduct interviews, and facilitate the selection and offer process
  • Onboard new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation
  • Maintain and improve the company's recruitment systems and processes
  • Provide regular reporting on recruitment activities and metrics
  • Foster positive relationships with managers and support them throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Qualifications & Certificates

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field would be highly regarded
  • Successful candidate will be required to undergo a National Police Check

Relevant Experience and Key Competencies/Skills

  • 3+ years proven experience in Recruitment
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering effective training and HR services
  • Experience in interpreting awards and agreements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Proficiency in using recruitment-related software and applicant tracking systems
  • Experience with SEEK, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar recruitment platforms would be highly regarded
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
