Take charge in a fast-paced, hands-on role as Operations Coordinator (internally known as Depot Coordinator) with our Townsville team. You'll be the driving force behind warehouse, dispatch, and production support operations, ensuring our North Queensland customers receive top-tier service. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on ownership, efficiency, and delivering results.

Your Opportunity

In this role you will:

  • Coordinate daily production activities to meet targets and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage warehouse operations including safety, layout, cleanliness, inventory control, and cycle counts
  • Oversee stock handling: receiving, receipting, order preparation, deliveries, pick-ups, and safe truck loading/unloading
  • Supervise maintenance activities across operations and warehouse to optimise preventative maintenance and reduce breakdowns
  • Lead and develop production teams; recruit, coach, and identify performance improvement opportunities
  • Deliver a customer-centric experience in collaboration with CQ and NQ Area Managers
  • Act as a regional expert, resolving customer issues within one business day and liaising across sales, customer service, logistics, and supply chain functions

What You'll Bring

  • Previous experience in or knowledge of Logistics and Transport industry
  • Forklift License (HRL) - required
  • Front-end Loader Ticket (Desirable)
  • Cert IV in Warehousing (Desirable)
  • SAP and Microsoft Suite experience
