About the Role
We're looking for a dependable and organised Office Administrator to support our Head Office team across day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, takes pride in completing tasks efficiently, and loves keeping things running smoothly.
You'll support a few key departments — Marketing, People & Culture, Operations, and our GM — by handling the admin tasks that help them focus on the bigger picture. From printing and uniforms to meeting room bookings and internal comms, you'll be the go-to person for getting things done.
Hours: 8:00am to 4:00pm, 3–4 days per week (24–32 hours)
Contract: 12-month maternity leave cover
- General admin and support across departments
- Manage uniforms: orders, returns, stock tracking
- Compile and send internal company communications
- Coordinate meeting rooms and catering
- Compile reports, follow up on task deadlines
- Assist with internal events (bookings, quotes, supplies)
- Support recruitment admin and pre-screens
- Handle printing and deliveries for stores
- Respond to customer reviews and log feedback
- Maintain stock levels for office, stationery, and marketing supplies
- Take meeting minutes, laminate, bind, label, post — all the little things that matter
- Keep Head Office tidy, organised, and running like clockwork
