**Preferred Attributes**:

- Ability to work as part of a small team
- Keenness to learn and develop
- 5+ years Customer Service experience in a similar product distribution business would be highly regarded but is not essential
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Polite phone manner
- Time and task management skills
- Computer skills to work competently within the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Eagle Farm, QLD 4009: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 5 years (preferred)
- B2B sales: 5 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
