_Hi there- We are a boutique photography studio based in _**New Farm, Brisbane**_. Here we divide our time between two photography specialties - corporate headshots and talent headshots Basically there is lots of variety and each and every week is different How's this sounding? - In our studio space we have _**hair and makeup services **_on hand and available for photography clients. While our team is small, there's always someone to share a laugh with or lend a hand when things get busy._
- We love animals and have 2 Devon rex cats as well as a guest star Cavoodle in our studio on occasion that are part of our team _

We’re searching for a skilled and motivated _**Admin-based Studio Manager/Photographer **_to join us and make a meaningful impact. We are committed to your growth as a creative and are happy to share what we have learnt over the years with you as well as new technology and trending styles in creative media._
- First the technical stuff:

- Formal Qualifications**:You'll need formal qualifications, such as a Diploma or Bachelor in Photography or equivalent degree or technical skills.**:

- *Exceptional organisational and admin skills: just as important as photo skills
- Some Photographic studio and/or sales experience on the phone
- Proficiency in *

Photoshop, Lightroom *and preferably InDesign
- Experience with **Database programs **is a plus.Your Role & Responsibilities:*
- **Co Ordinating efficient day to day operations**: in a fast paced office and studio environment
- Schedule and Coordinate Shoots: Organise and manage the booking of photography sessions, ensuring optimal use of studio time and resources.
- **Client-Centered Engagement**: You are passionate about exceptional customer service, building genuine connections with clients through compassion, integrity, and emotional sensitivity. You create meaningful, memorable experiences that leave a lasting impact.
- **Coordinating photoshoot jobs**: managing details, being organised and ability prioritise between different responsibilities.
- **Equipment Management**: Ensure all photography equipment is maintained and in good working order, and managing packing for location jobs.
- **Studio Maintenance and Presentation**: Ensure the studio remains clean, organised, and welcoming at all times. Uphold high standards of cleanliness to create a positive, professional atmosphere that enhances the experience for both clients and team members.
- **Social Media Management**: Maintain and update social media platforms with compelling and engaging content. Craft posts that resonate with the audience, foster community interaction, and encourage meaningful engagement, ensuring a vibrant and dynamic online presence.
Financial Management: Creating Invoices and entering daily sales and following up on invoices.
- **Updating databases and internal systems**:Efficiently managing systems each stage of the process.**What We're Looking For:

**Hours**:
We'll need you in our **New Farm studio 5 days a week (38hrs Monday - Friday)**

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
