**About the Role**

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Admin/Finance Officer to join our team Full Time. You will get the full scope of the innerworkings of our business. Learning the ropes from a highly skilled and capable team in how to process account payable invoices and enquires and liaising with our external business partners. As well as exposure to other sides of the business as required.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Learning the end-to-end processes involved with the account payable department, processing of invoices and payments,
- Completing reconciliations, ensuring key balance sheet items are reconciled and outstanding items are actioned.
- Managing the Accounts Payable (AP) inbox and answering queries in a timely manner and liaising with Suppliers regarding payments and accounts
- Learning to navigate Netsuite our ERP and everything that entails that, e.g. verifying and entering all operational Supplier invoices, processing domestic and international payments.
- Processing payments in Westpac including international currency payments
- Managing the company credit cards and reconciliations and assisting employees with the expense management system.
- Managing AP procedures and reconciliations for end of month and end of financial year.
- You will also gain exposure to the Accounts Receivable process
- Other Administrative duties as required from time to time.

**About You**

As the successful Junior Finance/Admin Officer, you will be/have:

- Be keen to learn, and have an interest in finance
- Be a school leaver who’s ready to take a step in starting a career in finance
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Impeccable attention to detail and ability to work autonomously with little guidance
- Highly developed organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work towards a deadline while working on multiple projects
- A positive attitude and above all have a passion for the work you produce.
