Workspace365is looking for a Client Service Representative for our Sydney location.

As a Client Service Representative you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Centre Manager with day to day duties
  • Overseeing front of house & all aspects of the centre
  • Ensuring daily responsibilities are completed
  • Meeting and greeting existing and potential clients
  • Booking meeting rooms, hot desks, business lounge access memberships
  • Providing administrative support to our clients
  • Ensuring all charges are in the system correctly, managing payments and various other administration duties as required

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A keen eye for detail
  • Great customer service and communications skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Good Prioritization skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Proficient computer skills - Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good customer relations - supporting clients and potential clients, managing client requests and ensuring all events/bookings are in order
  • Corporate customer service or hospitality front desk experience
