This is NOT a 100% compliance role. This role will have you in front of clients straight away.

Whilst this ad specifies full time, we are also interested in part time candidates.

Essentials

  • CA or CPA qualified
  • Solid, client-facing, experience as an accountant in Australia
  • Xero expert
  • Thrive on collaboration and teamwork
  • A master of your craft, but have the ability to explain concepts in a way that makes sense to your clients
  • Happy to roll up your sleeves to get the work out
  • Eager to work on the big picture with your clients
  • A curious nature and a desire to grow within a supportive environment

The Role

  • Manage your own client base of small to medium businesses and be responsible for all agreed deliverables
  • Be supported by an experienced Philippines-based CPA to handle the compliance grunt
  • Use a high-tech suite of tools with Xero + Karbon + Fathom at the core
  • Build and curate relationships with your clients year-round
  • Actually deliver support, advice and strategy in addition to the usual compliance
  • Develop and deliver advisory services to your clients
  • Work closely with the Directors on client projects
