PROGRAMMED is recruiting for multiple opportunities for our client based in Redbank QLD. Our client is the world leader in automatic storage and order picking systems and their home spans over 65,000 square meters.

Currently operating 7 days per week we are looking for highly motivated, reliable and a flexible team members to join our diverse and inclusive team of Operator Maintainers across the Day and Afternoon shifts including weekends for our peak season.

As Operator Maintainers you will be provided on job training and will be the first line of quality control for all stock coming into the facility for processing by automated systems, this is a 'hands off' role as the robots do all our heavy lifting

Your responsibilities will be as per below but not limited to

The role:

  • Visual quality inspection of incoming pallets and products
  • Foil Removal
  • Computer System Monitoring & Maintaining
  • Fault Finding, Reading and Corrections
  • General housekeeping duties

What we are looking for:

  • Clear and effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • A commitment to safety and attention to detail
  • The ability to work across Day and Afternoon shifts
  • Ability to work at heights up to 30m (mezzanines and catwalks through out site)
  • Continuous walking throughout the shift (15,000+ steps)
  • Minimum of 2 checkable references provided on application
