Supervisor -Building and Civil

About the Role

Our Company is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Building and Civil Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have an proven, extensive and experienced background in construction and building with a hands-on role leading and overseeing a small team, reporting to the company's Construction Manager.

About You

  • Trade Qualified Carpenter: Ideally a a tradesperson that can read drawings and execute the work with minimal assistance
  • Extensive Experience in Building and Civil structures: Knowledge in most aspects of building and civil works including formwork
  • Proficient in Planning and Organizing: Strong ability to work within timelines and schedules.
  • Self-Motivated and Resilient: Capable of working under pressure.
  • Excellent Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a Site Team: Provide leadership and technical direction to ensure efficient operations and execute the works correctly and of high standard.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspect structures for compliance with drawings and specifications at various stages of construction.
  • Maintain Communication: Ensure clear and effective communication within the team, providing guidance and technical expertise.
  • Meet Quality Standards: Uphold the highest quality standards in all aspects of the works
  • Ensure Safety Compliance: Adhere to and enforce Zero Harm Targets to maintain a safe working environment.
