Vivid Property Services is seeking a Full-Time Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at a large, fast-paced commercial site in Redbank, QLD. This hands-on leadership role is perfect for someone with strong supervisory experience in the commercial cleaning industry who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys leading a team to deliver outstanding service.

About the Role

As the Cleaning Supervisor, you'll be responsible for coordinating and supporting a team of cleaners to ensure the site consistently meets Vivid's high cleaning standards. You'll work closely with the Area Support Manager and Operations Manager to manage day-to-day operations, provide ongoing training, oversee compliance, and maintain strong relationships with both the client and your team.

This position is suited to a motivated, proactive individual who can lead by example and maintain exceptional service standards in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise, train, and mentor cleaning staff to deliver quality cleaning outcomes.
  • Ensure cleaning schedules, rosters, and performance targets are met.
  • Conduct regular site audits and ensure compliance with WHS and quality standards.
  • Manage consumables, equipment, and chemical stock efficiently.
  • Facilitate toolbox talks and ongoing staff development.
  • Communicate effectively with management and clients to maintain strong working relationships.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Ensure all team members follow Vivid's procedures and site access rules.
About You
  • Experience supervising or managing cleaning teams in a commercial environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-paced, physically active environment (this site requires a high daily step count).
  • Experience in rostering, shift management, and quality control.
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Sound computer literacy for reporting and compliance documentation.
  • A valid Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
