The Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced E-commerce/Marketplace Account Manager to lead our marketplace operations in new markets. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our marketplace accounts, developing marketing strategies, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and highly skilled at implementing strategies that boost visibility, conversions, and overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Account Management
- Manage and grow our presence across multiple online marketplaces.
- Optimize product listings with compelling descriptions, visuals, and pricing.
- Monitor performance metrics (sales, traffic, CTR, CVR, customer feedback) and implement improvements.
Sales & Business Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to increase marketplace sales and revenue.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Enhance product visibility through keyword research, advertising, and promotions.
- Monitor sales performance and implement data-driven solutions to improve conversions.
Analytics & Reporting
- Leverage analytics tools to track sales, traffic, customer behavior, and marketplace performance.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to share insights with stakeholders.
- Identify trends and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to optimize results.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Passionate about E-commerce and up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Proven experience managing marketplace accounts and driving online sales growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform business decisions.
- Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and marketplace advertising platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient with E-commerce software, marketplace management tools, and analytics platforms.
