  • Location: Fiona Stanley Hospital, Murdoch, Perth
  • Onsite role, 5 days a week

As a HR Administrator, you will provide professional and timely administrative support across the employee lifecycle. In this fast-paced role, you will:

  • Deliver accurate HR advice, documentation and reporting in line with policies and agreements
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for recruitment processes, including compliance checks and interview logistics
  • Assist with HR projects by coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and recording actions
  • Respond to general HR queries via phone and email, escalating as required
  • Work collaboratively with HR Business Partners, HR Managers, and other hospital support services

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • Experience in administration, HR or recruitment support
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes
