What's the opportunity:

We're seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Global Talent Acquisition (TA) Administrator to join our growing People & Culture team in Perth. You'll play a key supporting role in delivering a seamless recruitment experience across multiple regions, ensuring the smooth coordination of end-to-end recruitment processes for our global business.

This is an ideal role for someone early in their HR or recruitment career who is eager to develop their skills in a global environment and contribute to building an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

Here's how you'll do it:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Global Talent Acquisition team.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling across time zones, ensuring timely communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Manage job postings across internal and external platforms, ensuring brand consistency and compliance with local market requirements.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support the preparation of employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
  • Assist in reporting and data analysis related to recruitment metrics and candidate pipelines.
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to ensure smooth handover from offer acceptance to onboarding.
  • Contribute to TA process improvement initiatives and support employer branding activities.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–3 years' experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or talent acquisition support (in-house or agency).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple time zones.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse) desirable.
  • A proactive team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, global environment.
